1. Driver Eligibility & Documentation
The renter must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid, original Driving Licence for light motor vehicles (LMV) that has been active for a minimum of one full year. At vehicle handover, the physical licence and government photo ID (Aadhaar or Passport) must be presented for physical matching.
2. Rental Period & Extensions
The rental duration is calculated on a 24-hour cycle from the agreed handover timestamp. Any extension of the rental period must be requested and approved via WhatsApp (+91 9086777767) at least 6 hours before the scheduled return to avoid late surcharges.
3. Security Deposit & Refund
A refundable security deposit is collected prior to vehicle handover. Upon return, the vehicle undergoes a joint visual check. The deposit is refunded immediately upon confirmation that no new external physical damages, traffic challans, or abnormal interior stains have occurred.
4. Permitted Travel Areas
Our vehicles are permitted across Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. Travel into prohibited restricted border zones without necessary civil administration permits is strictly forbidden.
5. Prohibited Use & Driver Conduct
The vehicle must not be operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs, used for commercial racing, subleased to unregistered third parties, or driven overloaded beyond its certified seating capacity.
6. Fuel Policy
Fuel costs are borne entirely by the hirer. Vehicles are handed over with a designated fuel level and must be returned with an equivalent level.
